All prices show on this site are in Canadian Dollars.

Taxes are not included in any prices, and will be determined at the time of sale depending on location.

Shipping is not included in any of these prices, and will be determined at the time of sale depending on location.

All products are avaliable while supplies last, we reserve the right to cancel any order at anytime due to quantities avaliable from our supplier(s).

In the event a SHIFT product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, SHIFT shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. SHIFT shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, SHIFT shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

All freight charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Every product we sell is covered by a one year warranty. If you ever have any defect in the workmanship of a Shift product at any time during the warranty period, we will repair or replace it free of charge (shipping charges to Shift are not reimbursed on warranty items). Warranties cover defect of workmanship and fabrics, but do not cover normal wear of material. Products that are replaced will be replaced with the same size and model as those originally purchased. Returned goods should be sent to Fox and be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. Please make sure that products returned for warranty are washed and clean.

Environmental/Sun Fading: We do not warranty discoloration or fading.

Washing errors/Color Run: If items are washed using proper washing instructions, colors will not run, fade or discolor or ruin other materials. We will not waranty washing mistakes.

Protective Gear and Plastic Products: Plastic products like knee/shin guards, Roost Deflectors and Elbow guards are not warrantable items. If these items are broken from use they have obviously done their job. Replacement visors and protection are avaliable for purchase.
